Every step of the process we were kept informed by email or phone. We knew just what to expect and were given lists about how to get ready for the process. The three construction persons who did the work were thorough, thoughtful, and clearly very experienced. We had a supervisor assigned to us who consulted with us everyday during the replacement work.
