Excellent TPO membrane roof installation and patching work good communication and craftsmanship
Interstate installed a TPO membrane roof on our 1949 bowstring truss building 7 years ago. We removed a couple of newly abandoned roof vent terminations and had them out two weeks ago to patch the roof. We worked with Tom Solan. Tom communicated well, made several trips to ensure everything was set up properly, and the crew that performed the work was great. The wood plank underside of the roof is exposed in the warehouse area and they did a fantastic job of matching the original wood.

Steep and complicated roof replacement great foreman knowledgeable estimator efficient crew
Interstate replaced our steep, complicated roof including 2 cupolas and a gazebo. It was difficult and involved working with the carpenter who was replacing the rotten cupolas. The foreman, Antonio, was awesome and always helpful and available. The estimator, Sean, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The crew, Julio (the foreman) were very hardworking and efficient. Tresa, in the office, felt like an old friend. Highly recommend
Prompt service honored warranty fixed leak at no charge
Interstate Roofing replaced our roof in 2005. In 2016 it began to leak through one of the vents. I called them and the next day one of their technicians came out to fix it. Since I had extra shingles from when they replaced the roof in 2005, he was able to fix the leak on the spot at no charge to me. Prompt service and they stand by their warranty!

Helped fix roofing problems and improve insulation highly recommended
I recently bought a house that had a new roof. Apparently the former owners must have used a second rate company, because the roof was nothing but problems. Interstate Roofing really helped me out. The estimator that came out knew his stuff. He showed me that the source of most my problems were due to insulation and ventilation. Interstate was able to fix all my roofing problems, as well as add to the insulation in my attic. Interstate is definitely the company to use.
