Capable team excellent work and family business
I was able to watch the 6-man team work on the roof and it was clear they were capable and had worked together for some time. One impressive detail was that they were able to "roll up" sections of the old shake roof and one guy would walk it across the roof and toss it in the bin. This kept things very clean, not to mention that one guy spent all his time picking up debris as it fell to the yard. Their price was more than 20% below a local competitor. A family biz. These guys are excellent.
Fair and honest estimate prompt and efficient work
After a couple other bids, Interstate gave me the most fair, and seemingly honest estimate! The other companies claimed my few loose shingles meant a new roof was an immediate necessity. Interstate optioned me to just replace the shingles, until I could save up additional funds for my new roof! A year later, I just had the roof job done. Workers were prompt to scheduled time, efficient and FAST. My beautiful new roof was completed ahead of schedule, and yard debris cleaned up like new (they even ran a MAGNET over my grass, in case of any loose nails!). I highly recommend them for fair and honest work. ...and that's hard to find these days.
Amazing crew efficient work great communication and cost
The crew was amazing! It was choreographed perfectly with the drop box, material drop off and final clean and pick up. There was no trace of debris left behind. The crew was fast! They completed the house and two outbuildings in two days! Communication and Cost were impressive. Highly recommended!
