First Interstate did a fantastic job on my roof. Their customer service was amazing - from the communications with the Estimator, scheduling and coordination through the office staff, and final checkpoints upon completion to be sure every detail on the job was done to my satisfaction (and I am a picky customer). I am happy with the long-term warranty they offer for workmanship and materials.
Excellent experience in every aspect
We had an excellent experience with Interstate Roofing. In every aspect sales, project, office the staff were fabulous. They were communicative and clear. The crew was great, and the finished product was perfect for us. They even installed skylights!
Excellent job and expedient
All in, Interstate did an excellent job. Found out about them by seeing a truck on the freeway. They were expedient in getting me a quote. Once I signed the agreement, product was at the house within a week. The crew started on a Monday morning around 9 and were completely finished the next day about noon. Supervisor came by the house each day and one future day to inspect all work and made sure to make himself available.
Professional and timely completion
Roofers were very professional and completed our new home roofing project and wood repairs under the time estimated. Gutter installers were also very professional and completed the demo and new install in time agreed upon. Both roofers and gutter installers left the job very clean every day as well. We are very pleased with the new look and functionality of the roof and gutters. Thank you very much for the great job!

I can't think of a better experience with a construction company. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Their bid was comparable with others but also included gutters. Very professional respectful and thorough
Interstate did a great job on our roof. Very professional, respectful, thorough and timely (although they did have to adjust the starting date due to rain, but that's to be expected in Oregon). Done in three days, start to finish, and they cleaned up everything well when the job was done.
