Transparent communication
Just got a new roof with flashing repairs and new intake vents for our house in Portland, couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. Communication was 100% transparent, there were additional charges to replace a couple of sheets of plywood, but they discussed the possibility before we signed a contract. Materials used were good (used ACX plywood and Corning TruDefinition shingles), we would definitely use them again.

Interstate Roofing just completed installing a new roof for us. The entire process was pain and worry free. The crew showed up every day by 9:00 a.m. and worked til after 5 pm in the dark.
