Very pleased with professional service
We are very pleased with the work Interstate Roofing did for us. Our home was in need of a new roof prior to closing our sale. Interstate was just one of the contractors I called for estimates. Dustin came out to work up an estimate for me. He is very professional and experienced with Roofing and all that goes along with it. After explaining what would happen and what they needed form me he shook my hand and thanked me for the opportunity. We are very pleased with the work Interstate Roofing did for us. Our home was in need of a new roof prior to closing our sale. Interstate was just one of the contractors I called for estimates. Dustin came out to work up an estimate for me. He is very professional and experienced with Roofing and all that goes along with it. After explaining what would happen and what they needed form me he shook my hand and thanked me for the opportunity. A couple days later I needed more information so I called Interstates Customer Service and spoke with Tresa. She was very professional, had all the answers for my questions and a great sense of humor. I appreciated that especially with the stresses of selling and making repairs on our home. I spoke with Jordan regarding payment and invoicing. Again, very professional, had all the answers for me. The roofing crew called prior to showing up to start working. They let me know what time they would be arriving and kept me posted on how much time they would need to complete the roof. The cleanup process was great. My landscaping looked very good after the crew was done....no damage and no mess! Interstate Roofing wasnt the l least expensive but they sure werent the highest bidder either. I chose Interstate because they have been around for quite some time and their culture seems to be one of professionalism, good products and great customer service. Interstate replaced our 25 yr old cedar shake roof and gutters and they were a pleasure to work with. Everyone we spoke with at the company was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The Company was able to fit our project in between the constant winter rainstorms in Portland and it was coordinated extremely well. The roofing materials and crew arrived promptly and the new Certainteed Presidential TL roof over our 3500 sq ft home was installed in three days. The gutters were installed the following week and the area around our home was cleaned at the end of each work day. After the project, two job superintendents came back to inspect...

Reliable and informative service
Reliable, honest, quality. Interstate just finished a new roof on my home. The roof is great, the roofers were so nice and informative, and I always felt like I was a priority. I did a lot of research, and while they were not the cheapest company, they provided the most comprehensive scope and explained everything, making me feel most comfortable with them. If you want a high quality job done, go with them.
Great job and professionalism
Everyone was great and did a great job. When we did our addition over 16 years ago we had Interstate roofing do our addition and they did a great job then and that is why we picked them to re-roof our whole house and we are very happy with the work again. Everyone from your great salesman, supervisor of the job to the workers were all great and professional. Would highly recommend your company to any friends and neighbors that are thinking about re-roofing or building a new house.
Expertise and quality work
I was very happy with the level of expertise and quality of the work that was done with my roof. It was only a two man crew, but they completed the job in 3 days without any issues. I had no issues with extra debris, or garbage left behind. All in all very happy with Interstate Roofing.
