Interstate was on the ball from the very beginning. They accommodated my urgency on getting an estimate and sent someone out right away despite their busy schedule. I got 5 estimates from different roofing companies and although Interstate wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive I decided to hire them because they offer a great quality product and the best warranty on labor and materials at a very reasonable price. They were great at communicating every step of the way and were able to get my job done very quickly. Cedar shake tear down and re-roof is messy and noisy but the Interstate crew was very good about keeping the work site as clean...

On-time and left area clean

Full service with great work
Interstate was the only roofing company I spoke with that could do both the roof and the gutters without farming part of the job out. I looked at a house they had just finished and was impressed. Their own crew delivered the roofing, installed the roof, cleaned up and hauled away the old roofing with their own trucks and dumpsters, and their own team installed the gutters.
Helpful with options and samples
We hired interstate roofing after receiving several quotes. Chaba the estimator explained the options and provided us with samples so we could see the color and texture of the roofing material which was very helpful since we dont know one brand from the next.
Thorough with excellent communication
The roof inspection was very thorough and detailed. All my issues were discussed to my satisfaction. My new roof is beautiful, very pleased. The work crew was very mindful of protecting garden areas. Top quality work and communication
Top quality work with terrific communication and service throughout the job. We were not able to be on-site to watch the job and yet we were kept updated by email, phone calls, text messages and pictures. Each person we interacted with was knowledgeable and experienced in their role. The roof work turned out to be more extensive than expected yet the job supervisor explained the changes why each was needed. We always felt like our best interests were at the forefront.
