Fantastic roof replacement experience
We used Interstate Roofing to replace the roof on our house. They did a fantastic job! During their initial site visit they actually went up on the roof. It was easy to pick the style and color we wanted with their informative brochures. There was some back-and-forth regarding when our job was going to be scheduled since there was a shingle shortage due to the pandemic. They were responsive to our emails and kept us informed whenever the schedule changed. Once the job started, their crew worked tirelessly into the night even through the week of wildfire smoke. We used Interstate Roofing to replace the roof on our house. They did a fantastic job! During their initial site visit they actually went up on the roof. It was easy to pick the style and color we wanted with their informative brochures. There was some back-and-forth regarding when our job was going to be scheduled since there was a shingle shortage due to the pandemic. They were responsive to our emails and kept us informed whenever the schedule changed. Once the job started, their crew worked tirelessly into the night even through the week of wildfire smoke. The site supervisors are very friendly and kept us informed on the job status. The yard was very messy while they worked on the roof, but they did a great job cleaning up at the end of the week. After the job finished, the supervisor came several times to check that everything was done correctly and did some finishing touches himself. I was impressed by their quality work and professionalism. The job was completed on time and on budget. We highly recommend Interstate for roof installations.

Extremely happy with Interstate Roofing. Got three bids to replace out 20 year old roof. They had the best package and communication. Originally thought we were 6-8 weeks out, but got on the schedule much earlier. They started the job a day late because that specific crew was still cleaning up their prior job. However, Ken the foreman called us twice on Thursday to keep us in the loop. The crew was polite, worked hard and did a great job protecting the house and cleaning up the yard. Ken did an excellent job with communication as did Lance our sales rep. After the County advised I needed an additional vent, Interstate was out the very next da...
